Kristopher Blankenship made his 2014 in his UMP Pure Stock at his home track, Fayette County Speedway in Brownstown, Illinois. Starting the heat race in the fourth position, he settled into the fourth position and would finish the heat race there. He started the feature from the same position and quickly worked his way to the front before the car lost power, resulting in a seventh place DNF. Upon further investigation, it was found that the timing chain broke on the 3B Pure Stock.

Greg Osman made his debut in the 3B UMP Stock Car Friday night at Lincoln Speedway in Lincoln, Illinois, the track where he won the 2013 Track Championship in the same class. He began the heat race in the second position and quickly jumped out to the lead and was ahead for five of the scheduled 8 laps before the car faded, relegating him to a third place finish. He was unable to start the feature due to starter problems and was credited with a tenth place finish.

Saturday was a day full of work getting the 3B Stock Car ready for Macon Speedway. The starter problems that plagued them the night before were remedied and he would roll of the grid form the second position in the first heat race of the night. He would, again, quickly jump out to the lead but would maintain it for the entire distance, securing his first heat race win of the year. The 3B machine would line up in the third position to start the feature. After a 3 lap battle with defending Macon Speedway Street Stock Champion Gene Reed, Greg jumped out to the lead and never looked back, leading 12 laps on the way to his first feature win of the year. Osman Racing with 3B Motorsports will be back in action this Friday at Fayette County Speedway with Kristopher Blankenship again racing his Pure Stock and Tyler Blankenship will make his 2014 debut Saturday at Macon Speedway for the first Midwest Big 10 Street Stock series race of the year.
